As Tubby the Tayva strolls past Talmi Torah’s window, he overhears Talmi declare that today is a special day. A special day? Is it a holiday? Someone’s birthday? Maybe the Mayor can tell; he knows everything that goes on in Totsland. When the Mayor is stumped, Tubby goes from Tot to Tot. When finally the secret is revealed, an important lesson is learned by all.
