About Morah Leah Urso:
A teacher, singer/songwriter, and storyteller, Leah Urso began writing songs for Jewish children in Nashville, Tennessee while teaching at Congregation Sherith Israel. As a professional educator and songwriter, she realized the need for quality songs that teach Jewish values. Encouraged by Rabbi Zalman Posner z’l and with a grant from the Jewish Federation, Leah recorded “Mitzvot, Mitzvot Everyday!”

Making Aliyah in 2004, Leah wrote and produced her holiday CD, “I Can See the Stars”, featuring some of Israel’s top musicians.
