Getting Things Done Cooking Baking Cleaning Laundry Motivation I had a day off from work today and decided to get as much stuff done around the house as I could. I did some cooking, baking, cleaning, laundry and organizing. Also made a delicious dinner for the family. Hope this video provides you with some motivation. 🗒️ Recipes: Oatmeal Bars: 1 banana 1 cup peanut butter or almond butter 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup oats 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt 1/3 cup chocolate chips Chocolate chip cookies: 1 c sugar 1 c light brown sugar 2 sticks vegan butter 2 eggs 11/2 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt 3 c flour 11/2 tsp baking soda 3 bars broken Torino chocolate In a large mixing bowl, mix the butter, and sugars until integrated (does not need to be fluffy) Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Then mix in the flour, baking soda and salt until just mixed in. Form into 1/4 balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. You can place in the fridge for a 15 minutes prior to baking to create a fluffier cookie as shown with a gooey center or you can just bake as is for a flatter crispier cookie. Bake at 375 F for 8- 10 min or until golden brown. If baking from frozen add a couple extra minutes to the baking time. Note: after you roll the dough and place on a baking sheet you can freeze it. Transfer to a sealed bag once frozen solid. Cesar Salad Dressing: 1/2 Cup Mayo 2 Tsp mustard 1 Tbsp Soy sauce 1 minced garlic clove S/p 1 Tsp onion soup mix
