As NYC slowly reopens and Phase 2 is about to begin, I recall the amazing meal I shared with KG2 at Chop Chop in Washington Heights recently. We were there checking out Yeshiva University and enjoying delicious foods while schmoozing with proprietor Matthew Chan. Can’t wait to be able to enjoy so many authentic dishes there again soon.
